What type of lawyer handles school issues such as: non- compliance with special education dept or actually my son’s IEP plan. My son has not been served thru special ed. since he was in eigth grade he is a nineth grader this yr.his IEP ran out on Dec 4th of 2006 and they had him in the wrong classes from Aug.14 thru latter part of Nov 2006. Now they want to try to panel my son and the school is in complete violation of his rights!!! I need help !!!
